As an  Accounting Assistant, I was directly responsible for performing AP and general accounting related functions. This includes maintaining ledgers, credit balances, and account irregularities. The AP Clerk and Accounting Assistant will also ensure the timely and accurate processing of payments, Purchasing Card (P-Card) reports, and any other accounting transactions related to A/P management.
